Support and Therapy groups offer a safe and guided space to connect with others who share similar experiences. Led by a licensed therapist, these groups provide emotional support, practical tools, and opportunities for personal growth. Together, members learn coping strategies, gain perspective, and build a sense of community while working toward healing and well-being.
Grounding Through the Holidays
This short-term therapy group is designed to help you navigate the stress, emotions, and expectations of the holiday season. Through guided discussions and grounding exercises, you’ll learn practical tools to manage anxiety, maintain balance, and find calm amidst the busyness.
